Technological transfer experts went to Pilsen

From 16 to 18 May, the 6th National Technology Transfer Conference with the subtitle Transfer Technologies in the International Perspective was held in Pilsen. It included a Master Class course with Ashley Stevens and a tour of the research centers of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

The main part of the conference took place on Thursday, May 17, at the Techmania Science Center in Pilsen. Ashley Stevens, a renowned transfer specialist, has been there. Seventeen years he was the director of technology transfer at the Boston University, and for ten years he taught technology commercialization courses at the Faculty of Business and Management. He lectured and published extensive information on technology transfer, licensing and commercialization at an early stage.

All four technology technology centers – NTC, New Technologies for the Information Society (NTIS), the Regional Innovation Center for Electrical Engineering (RICE) and the Regional Technology Institute (RTI) opened to all interested people.
