Patenting at the UP
If you create an invention during fulfilling the tasks resulting from the employment relationship to UP, the right to the patent pass by § 9 law Nr. 527/1990 Sb. to the employer - Palacký University in Olomouc. You as a originator are competent to be rewarded by financial benefit.
