Mission
The Science and Technology Park of Palackı University in Olomouc (VTP UP) contributes to the economic growth of the Olomouc region. It promotes the development of innovative companies and the founding of spin-offs and start-up companies, with an emphasis on incorporating the potential of Palacky University in Olomouc (UP). It looks up and promotes cooperation in the application of science and research results in the commercial sector and shifts the needs of business to the research departments of Palacky University in Olomouc.
Vision
VTP UP is the number one technology address in the Olomouc region, with a competent guidance center for the mutual support and sharing of modern technologies among innovative companies and research departments of UP. It ensures the protection of intellectual property of Palacky University in Olomouc and companies in the VTP UP. The business Incubator helps newly created innovative companies achieve a seamless entry into a real-life business environment. It also supports the growth and development of existing innovative companies. Thanks to the quality of its output VTP UP is a respected organization on an international scale.
